We adopted Mator in November.  The volunteers at the shelter were so good to us when Mator got sick a few days after coming home.  They took him to the vet, were able to treat him with antibiotics and kept us informed frequently what his situation was and when his next appointment was.  We were super happy to get him home again and be able to finalize our adoption once he was on the road to recovery.  Our family is so in love with Mator and he is so spoiled and adored.  We would highly recommend Headwaters Animal Shelter to anyone qualified to adopt as the volunteers here love the animals and care deeply that they are treated well and go to a well-matched home.
